Singe in thepre-heated roaster of 180 degree for 10 twinkles. After 10 twinkles, take out mooncake, let it cool for 5 twinkles and egg washed as completely as possible. insure that there are no drip of egg in the mooncake as this will deface your mooncake imprints. shoot back to the roaster and singe again for 10- 15 twinkles until your asked colour tone.

It's generally advised that you leave the mooncake for 3 days before consumption. else, the skin won't be “ stretchy ” enough and too dry for immediate serving view more
